Preparation
Cook from frozen. Do not defrost and refreeze. Best results
will be obtained on the stove top.

product is heated throughout (74 °C in the center).
STOVE TOP (BOIL IN A BAG)
Place unopened bag into saucepan of boiling water. Simmer
for 15-18 minutes* without lid.
Open bag, decant and serve.
MICROWAVE
Remove outer packaging.
Place unopened bag into a microwaveable bowl.
Pierce top of the bag several times with a fork.
Heat for 6-8 minutes* at 100% power (900 watt).
Allow to stand for 1 min.
Open bag, decant and serve.
