Ingredients:
Slaw:
350g Dr. Oetker Nice 'n Easy Frozen Thai Green Chicken Curry
30g green cabbage shredded
30g red cabbage shredded
1 carrot julienned
10g bean sprout
½ green onion finely sliced
15g coriander chopped
10g mint leaves chopped
Dressing:
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 garlic cloves (Minced)
Method:
Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Combine the salad ingredients and mix well.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and lightly toss to marinade the slaw.
Place your DR. OETKER NICE'NEASY FROZEN THAI GREEN CHICKEN CURRY in the microwave and heat accordingly.
Serve with the Asian Slaw on the side.
