Spicy Mexican Beef Bowl with Spicy Guacamole

Ingredients:
350g Dr. Oetker Nice 'n Easy Frozen Spicy Mexican Beef Bowl
2 ripe avocados halved, seeded and scooped out
1 lime juiced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ red onion diced
1 jalapeno chilli sliced (optional)
2 tomatoes diced
15g coriander chopped
1 garlic clove minced
Method:
In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork and mix in the lime juice.
Add the salt and pepper and mash further.
Fold in the onion, jalapeno (optional), tomato, coriander and garlic. Allow this to sit for 1 hour out of the refrigerator.
Heat your Dr. Oetker Nice 'n Easy Frozen Spicy Mexican Beef Bowl in the microwave accordingly and serve with your Spicy Guacamole on the side.
