1. Promoter and Competition Overview

1.1 This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by Dr. Oetker South Africa (Pty) Ltd (Company Reg No: F0902280220012 | VAT No: 4710255359), with its registered office at 21 Hans Pirow Street, Selby, Johannesburg, 2001 ("the Promoter").

1.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, available at:

The Promoter's decision regarding any dispute is final and binding.

1.3 The Competition runs from 13 July 2026 to 14 August 2026, inclusive. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to legal residents of South Africa, Eswatini and Namibia who are 18 years or older.

2.2 The following persons may not enter:

• Employees, directors, agents and consultants of the Promoter and their immediate family members.

• Any person who has won a prize valued at R5,000 or more in a competition conducted by the Promoter within the last 12 months.

3. How to Enter

A. Purchase-Based Entry

Step 1 : Purchase any two (2) participating Dr. Oetker Ital Pizza Snack products during the Competition period.

⁠Step 2: Scan the QR code on the pack and follow the WhatsApp prompts.
⁠Alternatively, send "Hello" via WhatsApp to 076 285 1866.

Step 3: Upload a clear photograph of your till slip when prompted.

Step 4: Each unique till slip may only be used once. A separate qualifying purchase is required for every entry.

Important Notes

• Standard WhatsApp data rates apply.

• Each till slip may only be used once.

• Multiple entries are permitted with separate qualifying purchases.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and supporting documentation.

• Participants must enter using a mobile phone, PC, laptop or tablet owned and registered in their own name.

• Fraudulent activity (including fake receipts, altered QR codes, automated entries or false information) will result in disqualification.

4. Prizes

4.1 Total prize pool: R100,000

• Twenty (20) cash prizes of R5,000 each.

• Five winners will be selected each week over four weeks.

4.2 Prizes will be paid via EFT into a verified bank account in the winner's name.

4.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable.

4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value where necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 Winners will be selected through a random audited weekly draw.

5.2 Winners will be contacted using the number used to enter and must respond within three business days.

5.3 Winners may be required to provide:

• Valid South African, Namibian or Eswatini ID or passport.

• Proof of bank account.

• Original proof of purchase.

• Confirmation of personal details.

5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all information before awarding prizes.

5.5 If a winner cannot be contacted after three attempts or fails verification, another winner may be selected.

6. Disqualification

Entries will be disqualified if:

• Submitted after the closing date.

• The entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions.

• The till slip is invalid, illegible or altered.

• The entry was generated by automated means or bots.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, network issues or system errors.

• Delays caused by incorrect contact details supplied by entrants.

8. Indemnity

By entering, participants indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages or losses arising from participation in the Competition or use of any prize.

9. Personal Information

Personal information will be processed in accordance with POPIA.

Information may be used for:

• Competition administration

• Prize fulfilment

• Marketing (where consent has been given)

Personal information may be shared with authorised third-party service providers where necessary.

Information will be retained for up to three years unless otherwise required by law.

10. Marketing and Publicity

10.1 Winners may be invited to participate in publicity, subject to their consent.

10.2 Participants who opt into marketing agree to receive promotional communications from Dr. Oetker.

10.3 Participants may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or by using the unsubscribe link provided.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

12. General

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Competition where permitted by law.

12.2 All decisions of the Promoter are final.

12.3 The laws of South Africa apply and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13.1 No compensation, replacement or alternative entry method will be provided.
