Here's a cooking tip

Cook from frozen. Do not defrost and refreeze. Best results will be obtained in the microwave. All cooking appliances vary in performance. Make sure product is heated throughout (74 °C in the center).

Remove outer packaging. Pierce film several times. Heat for 7 minutes* at 100% power (900 watt). Remove film and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir before serving.
